Some engagement sessions just feel extra special, and Caitlyn and Johnny's was definitely one of them.


We had their session at a family ranch surrounded by beautiful countryside, and it couldn't have been a more fitting location. The property holds so much meaning for them, and it was such a joy to spend the evening exploring the land, taking in the views, and even hanging out with some farm animals along the way!


One of my favorite things about photographing couples is getting to hear their story. Caitlyn and Johnny first met at a young adults Bible study, and seeing them together now is such a sweet reminder of how God often writes stories in ways we never could have planned. The way they laughed together and genuinely enjoyed being with one another made it clear their relationship is built on a strong foundation.


What I loved most about this session was how personal it felt. Years from now, these photos won't just remind Caitlyn and Johnny of their engagement season - they'll also bring back memories of a place that has been part of their family's story.
